• LeetQuant is not liable for losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from your use of the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data you input into the platform, as well as any external accounts, brokerages, or third-party tools you connect.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

LeetQuant provides tools on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure,
• any data, analysis, or output will be accurate or complete,
• indicators, models, or signals will function without bugs or miscalculations,
• historical or third-party data sources will be correct or timely.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

5. Not Affiliated With Brokerage Firms or Data Vendors

Names, logos, or references to any third-party companies (e.g., brokerages, data providers, educational channels, etc.) are used for identification only. LeetQuant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such entities.

Any brokerage integrations or API connections are offered solely for user convenience.

6. User Accounts & Data

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. LeetQuant is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from:

• weak passwords,
• compromised devices,
• password reuse,
• third-party integrations initiated by the user.

We may process user data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeetQuant, its founders, contractors, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages,
• loss of profits, revenues, opportunities, or data,
• trading losses or performance-related claims,
• reliance on analytics, indicators, models, or platform outputs.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, models, indicators, algorithms, code, branding elements, and platform materials are owned exclusively by LeetQuant. Users may not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works,
• decompile or reverse engineer platform components,
• or use LeetQuant content for commercial or competitive purposes.

However, users retain all rights to any data or strategies they independently create using the platform.

9. Governing Law

These notices and all disputes arising from use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
